1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "the User", "you") and bdgo11 (hereinafter "bdgo11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bdgo11.vip and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered therein.

By accessing the bdgo11 website, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or using any feature of the bdgo11 platform in any capacity, you confirm unambiguously that you:

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on bdgo11. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or pending withdrawals linked to those accounts.

2.4 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you further represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. Accounts may not be opened by automated scripts, bots, or artificial agents.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by bdgo11, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth (to verify the 18+ age requirement);
• Valid email address that you own and have regular access to;
• Active mobile phone number registered in your name;

You agree to keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 KYC Verification

bdgo11 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any point during your use of the platform. Commonly requested documents include:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back;
• Valid passport or driving licence;
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months (for address verification);
• Screenshot or confirmation of registered mobile financial service (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) account in your name.

Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed KYC verification. bdgo11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all verification requirements are satisfied.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bdgo11 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdgo11 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applicable to deposits or withdrawals made through our supported payment methods.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdgo11 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdgo11 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the MFS provider. Card deposits may take up to 10 minutes. bdgo11 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for bank card and bank transfer withdrawals. bdgo11 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend the processing time by up to 48 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the bdgo11 account. Cross-name withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will not be processed. bdgo11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.4 Incomplete Wagering Requirements

If a deposit was made in conjunction with a bonus offer, the associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of the bonus funds or any winnings derived from the bonus can be requested. Attempting to withdraw while active wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The original deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdgo11 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events relevant to our player community. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bdgo11 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from bonus funds are treated as separate from real-money (deposited) funds in your wallet.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the bonus balance; real-money funds are used first during wagering.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bdgo11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to void any bonus awarded in error.

5.2 Misuse of Bonuses

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (for example, betting on all outcomes of the same event), is considered a breach of these Terms. bdgo11 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to restrict or close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on bdgo11 are governed by the individual game rules as presented within the game interface itself, as well as by these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on bdgo11 — including slot machines, live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), crash games (Aviator, JetX), and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and are entirely random. bdgo11 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Pre-match bets are accepted up until the official start time of the event. In-play (live) bets are accepted at bdgo11's discretion and may be suspended or rejected without prior notice during a match in the event of technical issues, sudden odds movement, or market suspension.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the case of abandoned matches, postponed events, or disputed results, bdgo11 will settle bets according to the rules set out in the individual market terms. Where no specific rule applies, bdgo11's decision on bet settlement shall be final and binding.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet across all bdgo11 markets is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account level. bdgo11 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for any player or any market at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in response to a pattern of winning bets that bdgo11 determines to be disproportionate.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgo11 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bdgo11;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including accounts in a different name or using a different device for the same person);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including (but not limited to) automated betting, account creation, or game play;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) laws or regulations;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal or criminal activity;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing on behalf of another person;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the bdgo11 software, website, or API;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine risk;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your bdgo11 account or any funds therein to a third party;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and gambling in accordance with these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdgo11 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game assets, audio, video, icons, and data — is the intellectual property of bdgo11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdgo11 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content from the bdgo11 platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or component of the platform;
• Use bdgo11's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bdgo11 website using automated tools.

Third-party game content available on bdgo11 (e.g., games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. bdgo11 uses this content under valid commercial licence agreements.

10 Liability & Disclaimer

The bdgo11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted performance, and accurate information, bdgo11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdgo11 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bdgo11 platform, including (without limitation):

• Gambling losses of any kind incurred while using the platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues preventing access to the platform;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement subsequently corrected under these Terms;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Third-party actions, including the actions of payment service providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

10.2 Service Interruptions

bdgo11 may experience temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, or unforeseen technical failures. During such periods, access to the platform or specific features may be unavailable. bdgo11 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. No compensation will be payable for service interruptions unless explicitly provided for in these Terms or applicable law.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdgo11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bdgo11

bdgo11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where bdgo11 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• The player is involved in, or suspected of, money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to bdgo11;
• A request has been received from a responsible gaming body, law enforcement agency, or regulatory authority.

In the event of account suspension for investigation purposes, bdgo11 will freeze the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bdgo11 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full balance will be reinstated or returned to the player.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

bdgo11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, bdgo11 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bdgo11 website. The revised Terms will indicate the effective date of the update at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the bdgo11 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgo11 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
